1. Refund Policy

1.1 All Fees Are Non-Refundable

All course fees, admission fees, registration fees, booking amounts, seat-confirmation fees, workshop fees, training fees, and other payments made to Dizinfinity are non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully made and a seat, admission, booking, or service has been confirmed, the amount paid cannot be refunded because of a change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, non-participation, or a decision not to continue.

1.2 Course or Batch Booking

A confirmed seat in a Dizinfinity course or batch is reserved for the enrolled student. If a student changes their mind, becomes unavailable, changes career plans, has personal or professional commitments, does not attend classes, or decides not to continue the course, the fees already paid remain non-refundable.

1.3 Cancellation After Payment

Cancellation of an admission, registration, course, workshop, or booking after payment does not create an automatic right to a refund. Dizinfinity may consider exceptional circumstances individually, but any exception is subject to Dizinfinity’s approval and does not create a general refund entitlement.

1.4 Missed Classes and Non-Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate in the learning process. Missing lectures, practical sessions, assignments, workshops, assessments, or other scheduled activities does not qualify the student for a refund, fee reduction, or cancellation of the remaining course fee.

1.5 Practical Training and Participation

Dizinfinity may provide practical exercises, projects, assignments, live activities, interview preparation, and other learning opportunities as part of its training. Students are responsible for actively participating in these activities. Failure to complete practical work, assignments, projects, practice sessions, or other learning activities does not make the course fee refundable.

1.6 Placement Support

Dizinfinity may provide placement assistance and career guidance as part of its student support, which may include resume or interview guidance, interview preparation, career guidance, sharing relevant opportunities, coordinating or attempting to schedule interviews, and connecting eligible students with potential employers or hiring opportunities where available. Placement support means assistance and guidance; it is not a guarantee of employment.

1.7 Placement Is Dependent on the Company and Student Performance

Any interview, job opportunity, selection, offer, salary, designation, joining date, or final placement decision is made by the concerned company or employer. Dizinfinity does not control the employer’s hiring criteria, interview process, number of vacancies, selection decision, salary offered, or final hiring outcome. Selection also depends on the student’s attendance, practical skills, knowledge, communication, interview performance, profile, experience, behaviour, and other factors considered by the employer. Accordingly, payment of course fees does not guarantee a job, interview selection, placement, salary, or any specific career outcome.

1.8 Failure to Attend or Participate in Placement Activities

Students who do not attend classes regularly, do not complete practical work, do not participate in interview preparation, do not respond to placement-related communication, or do not attend interviews scheduled with employers may reduce or lose the practical benefit of placement assistance. Dizinfinity will not be responsible for placement outcomes where a student does not reasonably participate in the training or placement process.

1.9 Interview Scheduling and Employer Communication

Where suitable opportunities are available, Dizinfinity may attempt to coordinate or schedule interviews with companies. Interview scheduling depends on employer availability, hiring requirements, candidate eligibility, and other factors outside Dizinfinity’s control. An interview opportunity does not mean that the student has been selected or that employment will be offered.

1.10 Transfer of Fees

Course fees or booking amounts cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Dizinfinity. Any approved transfer may be subject to availability and conditions communicated by Dizinfinity.

1.11 Batch Change or Rescheduling

If Dizinfinity permits a student to move to another batch, the change will be subject to availability and prior approval. Batch changes are not an automatic right and may be subject to applicable conditions.

1.12 Promotional Offers and Discounts

Payments made under promotional offers, discounts, special campaigns, early-bird pricing, limited-period offers, or other promotional pricing remain subject to this Refund Policy unless Dizinfinity has specifically stated otherwise in writing.

1.13 Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe a duplicate payment or genuine payment-processing error has occurred, contact Dizinfinity with the relevant transaction details. After verification, Dizinfinity may review the matter and take appropriate action if an actual payment error is established.

1.14 Changes to Course Delivery or Schedule

Dizinfinity may make reasonable changes to course schedules, trainers, class timings, curriculum, delivery format, venue, or other operational arrangements when necessary. Where a reasonable alternative arrangement is provided, such changes will not automatically create a right to a refund.

1.15 Learning Outcomes

Dizinfinity provides training, guidance, learning resources, practical exposure, and career support. Individual results vary based on attendance, participation, practice, prior knowledge, effort, performance, and market conditions. No specific employment, salary, business, client, lead, or income outcome is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

1.16 Exceptional Circumstances

Dizinfinity may review genuine exceptional cases at its discretion. Any refund, credit, transfer, batch change, or other accommodation granted as an exception is a discretionary decision and should not be treated as a standard entitlement or precedent.

Important: Before completing a payment, students/customers are responsible for reading and understanding this Refund Policy. By proceeding with payment or registration, you acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the applicable fees, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
